I offer two coaching packages: Fulfil and Flourish. Both packages are the same format – they each consist of 4 coaching sessions – but the topics and questions covered in each will vary.

 
 
 

FULFIL

For individuals aspiring to more fulfilling careers

If one of the following questions is on your mind, then this package is for you:

  • Why am I not enjoying my current job?

  • Is my current job really for me?

  • What work do I actually want to do?

  • What sort of work would I find meaningful, pleasurable and fulfilling?

  • How do I go about making the change?

  • Even if I make a job or career change, will I definitely be happier?

 

FLOURISH

For individuals aspiring to more flourishing careers

If one of the following questions is on your mind, then this package is for you:

  • How can I become more confident and resilient at work?

  • How can I find more balance?

  • Where’s my drive and motivation gone?

  • What mindsets, behaviours and habits are holding me back?

  • How can I achieve my full potential at work?

  • How can I accelerate my career progress?

 

HOW THE PACKAGES WORK

The first session is a Discovery Session, lasting 90 minutes. This is the most structured of the four sessions and is critical for:

  • Discussing the key aspects of coaching (like confidentiality)

  • Designing the coaching relationship together

  • Defining the primary focus and desired outcomes of coaching

  • Uncovering your values and inner resources

These are essential foundations and reference points for the subsequent three sessions.

These 3 sessions last 60 minutes each and the typical format is as follows:

  • Recapping on progress - agreed actions, homework and other revelations - since the last coaching session (5 mins)

  • Designing the relationship for the next hour and the topic of focus (5 mins)

  • Exploring the topic through powerful coaching questions and exercises (40 mins)

  • Committing to meaningful actions (10 mins)

THE DETAILS

Where: All sessions are conducted over the phone. I always recommend finding a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted and can talk freely.

When: Sessions happen in weekday evenings or over the weekend.

How often: I recommend having a session once every two weeks. This is:

  1. To give yourself time in between sessions to let what was discovered during coaching sink in

  2. And to carry out the actions you’ve committed to in the coaching session.

At this cadence, it’ll take roughly 8 weeks to complete the four sessions.

How much: Each package is £320, which works out at £80 per session.
